Service department was very friendly and attentive to my problem, truck latch was broken. They were able to replace it in under two hours. Only issue was the fact that the latch broke less than 16 months from my purchasing the vehicle. This is the second part to break since purchase. Skeptical about purchasing Hyundai in the future.
